Return/Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.  Item must be in new condition with packaging.  We do not provide a return label.  Returned items within 30 days will be issued a refund of the original total minus the shipping charge. If you would like to share the return reason, we appreciate the feedback. 

We will process your return and notify you through email.  Depending on your credit card issuer and the merchant, the refund process usually takes 5-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

If A Package Is Lost or Delayed

Although it is rare, sometimes there are unexpected delivery delays in transit. Please kindly give the delivery at least 15 days to arrive after the shipping date in cases of tracking delays. If a package hasn’t arrived after 15 days, you may contact me to process a refund or replacement.

If A Package Is Damaged/Defective

If items are damaged through shipping we need to be notified through our contact form above by the next day of receipt of delivery.  Please provide pictures of damaged items.  In this case, we will cover the shipping cost.  Once returns are received, we will send a replacement of the item. 

If a defective or wrong item has been received, we apologize for any inconvenience and will try to resolve this as soon as possible.  Although this is unusual to happen, if such occasions occur we will either send a replacement.  We need to be notified on our contact form above by the following day of the delivery date.  You must return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery.   In this case, we will cover the shipping cost and send a replacement once returned item is received.
